Sarpy County and Cities Wastewater Agency

In September 2017, Sarpy County and the cities of Bellevue, Gretna, La Vista, Papillion and Springfield approved an interlocal agreement to create the Sarpy County and Sarpy Cities Wastewater Agency. The agency's task is to build the Unified Southern Sarpy Wastewater System, a sanitary sewer system to serve the southern portion of Sarpy County.

The Agency's meetings are open to the public

NOTICE: Pursuant to "Executive Order No. 20-03 Coronavirus Public Meetings Requirement Limited Waiver", the Wastewater Agency Board will be conducting their meetings by video-conference or by telephone conferencing or by conferencing by other electronic communication so long as there is made available at such meeting access to members of the public and to members of the media. The waiver shall apply to all public governing body meetings that occur effective March 17, 2020 through May 31, 2020.

Agency meetings will continue to be held at 4 p.m. on the fourth Wednesday of the month. Meeting agendas are posted online on the Friday before the meeting.
