Sarpy County and Cities Wastewater Project: Frequently Asked Question

Unified Southern Sarpy Wastewater System – P3 market sounding

The Sarpy County & Cities Wastewater Agency (the Agency) is seeking to procure a P3 partner to develop the Unified Southern Sarpy Wastewater System (the Project) to accommodate anticipated residential, commercial and industrial growth in southern Sarpy County. The Project, once complete, is projected to serve over 80,000 residents over the next 40 years.

Prior to the commencement of any public procurement process, the Agency wishes to obtain feedback on the deliverability and relative attractiveness of the Project via a market sounding, which was approved by the Agency board on Nov. 6, 2019, and will be conducted by the Agency’s financial and commercial advisor, Ernst & Young Infrastructure Advisors LLC.

Parties interested in participating can request a copy of the market sounding document by emailing Klair White, also copying in Trixie Conlu.

The Agency's meetings are open to the public.

Agency meetings are held at 4 p.m. on the fourth Wednesday of the month in the Sarpy County Boardroom. Meeting agendas are posted online on the Friday before the meeting.

Meeting notice: Feb. 26, 2020
