Pflug Road, Fishery Road to 228th Street

Beginning Wednesday May 31, 2017 @ 12:00 P.M., Sarpy County Public Works has closed Pflug Road from  Fishery Road to 228th Street to through traffic.  Erosion and slope stability issues have caused an emergent condition which required the roadway to be closed.  Project duration and corrective work is forthcoming.

We are requesting the traveling public be aware of the closure and to find alternate routes for travel.  Local traffic will be allowed to access all properties throughout the project.

132nd & Giles Intersection/Road Closures

UPDATE: Nov. 17, 2017

Weather and utility issues have delayed the completion of this project. 132nd Street is expected to reopen in both directions by the end of November. Giles Road east of 132nd Street also is expected to open by the end of November. Both estimates are dependent on favorable weather conditions.

Public Works estimates the paving on Giles Road west of 132nd Street will be completed by the end of December, with the road opening shortly there after. Final grading and seeding is scheduled for the spring. Winter weather could delay this portion of the project.
