Election 2010

The filing deadlines for such offices are; February 16, 2010 at 5:00 P.M. for incumbents and March 1, 2010 at 5:00 P.M. for non-incumbents. The filing deadlines for such offices in which there is no primary election are; July 15, 2010 at 5:00 P.M. for incumbents and August 2, 2010 at 5:00 P.M. for non-incumbents.  An incumbent is anyone serving in any elective office, even if they are filing for an office other than the one in which they are presently serving.

Filings with the Secretary of State: Requires filing fee to be paid at the Secretary of State's Office. State Legislature must also file a Declaration to Abide or Not Abide by Voluntary Expenditure Limits. This is a list of offices to be filled in Sarpy County, Nebraska by elections held on May 11, 2010 or November 2, 2010.
