The Sarpy County Election Commissioner's Office is Located in the East Annex Building of the Sarpy County Courthouse Campus.

The Election Commissioner's Office is responsible for maintaining the Sarpy County Voter Registration Database, for accepting certain candidate filing forms, and for conducting elections in Sarpy County.

If you have changed your name, residence address or party affiliation, and wish to avoid delays while voting, please update by submitting a current voter registration application.

The deadline for mail-in or outside voter registration is Friday, October 15, 2010.

The deadline for in-person voter registration is Friday, October 22, 2010.  Our office will be open until 6:00 pm on that day.

Our office is currently accepting early ballot requests for the 2010 General Election.  The last day we can accept a request is 4:00 pm on Wednesday, October 27.    

EARLY VOTING will be available Monday, September 27 thru Monday, November 1, 2010.  The early voting site will be open Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am to 4:45 pm.  The early voting site will be located on the Courthouse Campus in the Southeast Courthouse Annex building, 1308 Gold Coast Rd. Suite 400.
