We have also added quick links to do a "Property Search" that will enable you to review your valuation on-line as well as look at other comparable properties within Sarpy County.  Please BE SURE to visit the "BOE Events" link as well as the "Final Hearing" link in order to be aware of any filing deadlines and requirements.

After you have reviewed the process and the information above and have discussed your valuation with the Assessor's office (593-2122), if you would like to file an official protest, please visit the "Protest Form 422" link and download form #422 on the website.  You may also visit the Sarpy County Clerk's office or your City Hall to pick up a form #422.

After your referee hearing, you may access the referees recommendation to the Board under "Protest Lookup".  Please check back regularly to get the referees recommendation - they will be input as quickly as possible.
